Thirteenth February

Coffee/tea with a fellow awesome human who is creating international experiences for high school students.
Making a picture black and white makes it artsy, right?

Twelfth February

Finally making progress on a printing letter tray turned shadow box turned jewelry holder.  Also known as the most enraging project I have undertaken in some time.  I think I'm already at like 6 hardware store visits and it's only halfway finished.

Eleventh February

Glee fans will be glad to know that this actually exists at my school (tucked away in a back office that no one uses, but still...).

Tenth February

Parent-Teacher Conferences - my favorite time of year! Wait...Anyway, I loved this description of paper money.  Pretty spot on, really.

Ninth February

Yummy pizza with lovely company at Mellow Mushroom.
I don't think I have a future in food photography just yet.

Eighth February

Yum yum burgers from Honest Abe's Burgers and Freedom, followed by the fabulous Jessica Paige live at Meadowlark!

Seventh February

How many parents does it take to figure out the car seat?

Sixth February

Timey-wimey art at swing dance lessons.  I haven't figured out why it's there, but I'm not complaining.

Fifth February

Snow Day!!!  Winter gear ready and waiting.

Fourth February

On the eve of a snow day...I mostly just loved how the colors came out.

Third February

Cocktails at Berry and Rye after yoga.  This drink may or may not have included pumpkin syrup and an ENTIRE EGG.  (Yes, mom, it was a raw egg and no, I didn't die.)  Also, it was delicious.

Second February

Today I went to the store and then decided to cook all the things for the week, which is going to be awesome during this busy week.  The only problem?  I'm not going to have enough tupperware for this...
Spaghetti Squash with Tomato Veggie Sauce and Sweet Potato/Black Bean Foil Packet Tacos.

First February

I guess I've decided to give this project another month.  Sometimes it's a super big pain, but I am noticing some postives as well.  I find that my days are a bit more productive because I know I had better do something worth taking a picture of.  It's also nice to have a record of where my time is going.  Hopefully the quality of the images will continue to improve over time, as this isn't a type of photography I currently excel at.  Back to the pictures:

Blowing out the candles on 6 decades of living - Happy 60th, dad!

January the Thirty First

Today I discovered my new favorite thrift store. They basically just put all the best stuff in one convenient location!

January the Thirtieth

Spent the evening keeping up with these two.

January the Twenty Ninth

Epic kale chip fail...

January the Twenty Eighth

Finally hanging up artwork around my apartment. I'll never have to eat alone with this lady watching out for me:

January the Twenty Seventh

Today is brought to you by:

January the Twenty Sixth

Keeping these guys close at hand today...(Also, really wishing I had pulled over to take a couple pictures of my beautiful drive home today.)

January the Twenty Fifth

Coffee! Followed by the best pork chop of my life. Good work, Aggie Station chef!

January the Twenty Fourth

Cleaning up after a yummy dinner with lovely people.  This is apparently how we do in Kansas.

January the Twenty Third

There is no shame in still having your Christmas decorations strewn about your apartment floor in late January...I'll pack them away eventually.
